Good overall. Really quick delivery. The jacket i got is beautiful it was just a bit big. Returns timescale is quite tight so didn't get round to returning. I will wear it because it is nice.

The product was to small!
I went to the post office for me to do a return! So they said it's going to cost me about $200 shipping!
So now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't t fit me! How upsetting is this!

They’re charging for next day delivery on Sunday, but the thing is, they don’t do deliveries on Sundays.

Since I can’t complain on your social media (Facebook & Instagram) since you guys like to delete comments. You guys claim follow the size chart and your clothes arrive either too small or way too big wth. What company you know you have to pay for your own returns even if it’s not your fault. Never trust a company that deletes reviews or if they do respond give you a generic bs response. Good luck if you live outside the uk and use regular shipping that you can’t track. MVD IS FRAUDULENT

The quality of the products I order is consistently amazing however it’s really difficult to determine which size is best for items, as it doesn’t seem to be consistent for all tops. I previously bought a UK 6 in a top and it fit perfectly but the new tops I just received(same size) were incredibly small with 3/4 sleeve lengths instead of full arm length as shown on website. Very disappointing since UK returns are expensive!

There was an issue with the delivery of my items, initially the first customer service team was unfortunately not very helpful. However, i then spoke to Gemma and she couldn't do enough for me, I will be a returning customer. delivery is also fast!
